Change Request Log report allows you to view the change requests that have been generated for specific shops.
Begin by selecting a survey on the top of the filter bar.
While the Date range selector will be automatically set to the current year, you can edit it to match the range you require.
The Show Only Shops In filter allows you to limit the data being displayed by Levels, or Groups. These filters can be used together or individually to match the generated data to your requirements.
The Shop ID input box allows you to generate the report for a specific shop, while the Resolved Status ensures you can see either all of the selected items, one at a 100% or less than a 100%.
Depending on your permissions, you might be able to view action items waiting on everyone, or just the ones waiting on you.
Once satisfied with the filters, use any of the buttons below the input box to generate the report. You can read more about each here.
