The Logs page allows you to easily see the status of the shops, and access individual ones.
Filtering Shops
Above the filters, you can select a specific survey to filter on, or simply leave the dropdown at all to see all the shops in the preferred date range. The Display dropdown ensures you can filter by shop date, report date, or the shop's due date.

The results can be re-sorted by any of the underlined columns header names.
If you are using waves, you can select a specific wave in the Show Wave dropdown as well.
The middle section of the filter bar allows you to filter by hierarchy levels, and/or groups.
You can use the input fields to display only shops that have scored within a specific range: for instance, if you want to view shops that have scored lower than 40%, you would enter 0 to 40 in these fields. If a higher number is entered in the first field and a lower number is entered in a second field, no results will be returned. Also, if one field is not completed, it will default to the lowest or highest number available (0% or 100%).
The Status dropdown allows you to filter the shops by status or, if selected, to view the shops in a specific status. The default options are:
Completed
The shopper has completed the shop but the shop has not been reviewed. You have access to see these records in the logs but are not yet able to view the shop results.
Reviewed
The shop has been reviewed but not finalized. You have access to see these records in the logs but are not yet able to view the shop results.
Finalized
The has been finalized and released for you to view the results.
Client Finalized
Some companies have requested the option to perform an internal review prior to releasing the shop results to all managers. If you are using this feature, the log will display shops with status of Client Finalized for those that have had the internal review completed.
Emailed
This status indicates that at some point after the shop has been finalized , and a link to it was emailed to someone.
Viewing Shops
Once filtered, the shops will be listed below the filter bar.

You can use the Screen and PDF buttons to view the full shop with responses in a new tab, or create a PDF of it.
Emailing Shops
The display of the individual shop view (reached by using the Screen link) can differ from client to client, but the page also allows you to email the specific report to a single recipient, even if that person does not have an account in the system.

Using the Email button will open a new popup, allowing you to enter the recipients email address in the To field, the email address you would like for the return address on the email in the From field, and any comments you would like sent along with the link to the shop in the Comment field.
