The Client Reports page displays menus of all reports to which a client manager has access. Since reports can be activated and deactivated on a per-client basis, and custom reports may be added for a client, the content of this page may vary.



Location Reports


Company Overview: This report shows Shop Counts, Overall Scores, and Major Sections for each Level all the way down to Locations within the selected date range.  The report will also show Groups, ULGs, and Waves if the client has any defined, and Subsectional Scores can also be reported on.


Exception Analysis: This report allows users to quickly identify exceptionally good or poor Levels, Locations, or Shops by filtering out Overall or Sectional Scores within a defined range.  For example, you can easily find any Levels, Locations, or Shops with an Overall Score of less than 50%.


Quick Ranking: This report ranks a selected portion of the company based on overall or sectional scores.

               

Quick Shops: This report displays a list of all shops for a given portion of the company.


Survey Reports


Answer Summary: This report shows the breakdown of answers for selected questions within the selected date range.  The data can be displayed in a table showing each answer per shop, and can be graphed as either a bar or pie graph. 


Data Mining Report: This report displays the answers for a question in a table format, showing the Shop Counts and Percent for each selected answer option.  The data is also graphed with either a Pie or Bar Chart.  It also has the ability to compare the data from a secondary question.


Question Correlation: This report correlates average shop score with the various responses on a chosen multiple choice question.


Survey Summary: This report displays a summary of all survey questions, indicating the percentage response for each answer option or the average response.

     

Survey Trending: This report displays average overall, sectional, or question scores over a selected time span.  Specific questions may be selected or ignored, and either questions answers or scores may be displayed.


Trending & Graph Reports


1 Year: This report shows the trending data over the past year for Overall and Sectional Scores.  The data can be displayed in a table showing each month's average and can be graphed as either a line or graph.


Answer Summary: This report shows the breakdown of answers for selected questions within the selected date range.  The data can be displayed in a table showing each answer per shop, and can be graphed as either a bar or pie graph.


Multi-Period: This report is a trending report that supports flexible date ranges and 2 view modes while showing a break-down of shop scores across the periods.


Survey Trending: This report displays average overall, sectional, or question scores over a selected time span.  Specific questions may be selected or ignored, and either questions answers or scores may be displayed.



Multiple Survey Reports  


Head to Head - Survey Linking: This isn't a report per se, but a configuration page that creates linking that is used by ToolZ reports.  The main purpose is to take a section from one survey and tie it to a section from another survey within a single client.


Multi-Period: This report is a trending report that supports flexible date ranges and 2 view modes while showing a break-down of shop scores across the periods.


Multiple Survey: This report gives a summary for each survey for the client, and then an overall summary of all the surveys averaged together.  If any subdivisions are checked off, the report will also give a list of all the subdivisions with shops and their average scores.  These averages are for all surveys combined.



Manager Report

Manager Login Report: This report displays the Manager Name, the # of Logins, and the Last Login Date for a client's managers.  This report can be filtered by Levels and sorted by the 3 columns.


Manager Report: This report displays the average Overall and Sectional Scores broken down by a selected Manager Type.



PDF/Printable Reports


Custom Date Range reports: This report generates a PDF of each included shop's Client Shop View. 


Monthly and Annual reports: This report generates an archive of monthly/periodic and annual PDFs.



Report Distribution


Email Link Distribution: This report (also called Email Web Links) allows distribution of shop links to the different level managers for the selected survey.



Custom Reports


Any custom reports created specifically for the client will appear in this pull down.



Dragon Reporting


Dragon is our reporting system that is highly customizable and can actually replace most of the older core reports listed above. Dragon is the default landing page for most clients, but if you leave Dragon to browse other client pages, you can get back to it here.
