The Survey Trending report displays average overall, sectional, or question scores over a selected date range.
Begin by selecting a survey on the top of the filter bar.
Use the Date range selector to match the report to the range you require.
The Show Only Shops In filter allows you to limit the data being displayed by Levels, Groups and Waves. These filters can be used together or individually to match the generated data to your requirements.
The Question option ensures you can display the questions in a specific language.
Select the questions to be displayed in the report by using the Display dropdowns. To add more than five questions, simply click the Add More button.
Use the Display radio button to either show Answers, or Scores, and check either Line or Bar selector in the Graph interface to customize the output.
Once satisfied with the filters, use any of the buttons below the input box to generate the report. You can read more about each here.
