The Survey Trending displays average overall, sectional, or question scores over a selected time span.  Specific questions may be selected or ignored and either questions answers or scores may be displayed.

To use the Survey Trending Report:

Select Survey Trending from Survey Reports drop down on Client Reports page.

Select Go.





Select the start date in the Date drop down.
Select the number of months on the Period drop down.
Select the filter to be used  
in the Show Only Shops In drop down.   By using this only scores from a specific level or location will be displayed.
Select the questions to be included in the report in the Display drop downs. If using more than 5 questions select Add More.
Select whether Answers or Scores should be displayed.
Add any additional text to be displayed at the bottom of the report.



Select Full View to view the data within the same window or Print View to view the data in a new easily printed window.
