The Multi-Period Report is a trending report that supports flexible date ranges and 2 view modes while showing a break down of shop scores across the periods.
Select Multi-Period from Trending & Graph Reports drop down on Client Reports page.
Select Go.
Select the start date from the Date drop down.
Select the number of months to display form the Show drop down.
Select the shops to be displayed from the SHOW ONLY SHOPS IN drop down.
Select either Nested or Flat from the VIEW setting. Flat shows each level grouped together before moving down the hierarchy to the next level. Nested shows a hierarchy pyramid.
Select the sort order for the data from the SORT drop down.
Select which levels to be displayed in the report from the SHOW check boxes.
Select Full View to view the data within the same window or Print View to view the data in a new easily printed window.
