The Multi-Period Report is a trending report that supports flexible date ranges and two view modes while displaying a breakdown of shop scores across the periods.
Begin by selecting a survey on the top of the filter bar.
Use the Date selector to set the end month for the report. The second dropdown allows you to select the number of months that will be displayed, ending with month from the first dropdown.
The Show Only Shops In filter allows you to limit the data being displayed by Levels, Groups and Waves. These filters can be used together or individually to match the generated data to your requirements.
The View setting allows you to display the data either in the Nested, or Flat view. The Nested view shows a hierarchy pyramid, while the Flat option displays each level grouped together. If you are using the Flat view, you can additionally sort the data by selecting one of the options available in the Sort dropdown.
To additionally adjust the report, simply use the checkboxes in the Show section to hide or display hierarchy levels, or switch from Counts to Individual Scores by using the radio button.
If needed, use the Additional Text box to input and display customized text below the report.
Once satisfied with the filters, use any of the buttons below the input box to generate the report. You can read more about each here.
