The Head to Head - Survey Linking isn't a report per se but a configuration page that creates linking that is used by ToolZ reports. The main purpose is to take a section from one survey and tie it to a section from another survey within a single client.
To use the Head to Head - Survey Linking:
Select Head to Head - Survey Linking from the Multiple Survey Reports drop down on Client Reports page.
Select Go.

The initial step is to select a Client before proceeding to the configuration.

In the Link Label text field you need to provide a name for your Section linking.
You then decide which surveys to link together by clicking the checkbox before your survey and then selecting a section.
When you are finished, click GO!
