The Custom Date Range Report generates a PDF of each included shop's Client Shop View. 

To use the Custom Date Range Report:

Select Custom Date Range reports from PDF/Printable Reports drop down on Client Reports page.

Select Go.

Select the survey that you wish to create links for; this report only supports single survey selection. 

Select a date range; this report uses the Report Date to determine which shops to include.


Select the STATUS of the shops to include; available statuses include Finalized, Emailed, Client Finalized and Locked.


You can choose to limit the data by using the SHOW ONLY SHOPS IN filter.


The SHOW QUESTIONS VISIBLE TO filter lets you choose whether to show all questions or remove certain questions based on permissions from the report data.


The BOOK FORMATTINGS settings allows you to decide how the PDF should be created.  The report can include bookmarks (points in the PDF that you can jump to) and/or additional summary pages for levels and locations.  Each option has a clickable link to see the differences.


Two additional settings allow you to added Sectional Scores and Sub-sectional Scores to the PDF.


When you are finished with your settings, click the Calculate Shop Count button.


Directly above the Date filter will be a summary line showing the number of shops included in the report and a button to Generate Report.

If the results are small, you can download the PDF right from the page.  If the results are too large, the report will be generated offline and a link will be emailed to you to download the PDF file when it is finished.
