Action Plan Log report displays active Action Items or shops for the selected survey, for the user that is currently logged in.


Begin by selecting a survey on the top of the filter bar.  


While the Date range selector will be automatically set to the current year, you can edit it to match the range you require. Additionally, you can filter the data according to the Due Dates, and options are: None, All, Urgent, Major, or Minor.


The Show Only Shops In filter allows you to limit the data being displayed by Levels, and Groups. These filters can be used together or individually to match the generated data to your requirements. Furthermore, the report can be filtered for a specific shop or location ID.


The Shop Report For selector allows you to switch between displaying shops, or Action Items, while the Resolved Status ensures you can see either all of the selected items, one at a 100% or less than a 100%.


Depending on your permissions, you might be able to view action items waiting on everyone, or just the ones waiting on you.


Once satisfied with the filters, use any of the buttons below the input box to generate the report. You can read more about each here.
